A state in which you feel absolutely comfortable, 100% comfort, that is meditation.

Awakened in Knowledge

Your mind is a flow. Your mind is a continuum that is ever changing, ever changing.

Faith and Doubt

Faith brings totality in you. It pulls together all the loose ends of your consciousness. It integrates your whole personality. Doubt scatters you. Doubt destroys you.

The Ultimate Prerequisite

When there is no peace, forget about God, forget about Truth, forget about Divinity, forget about everything else. The first requirement is peace.

Relationship

Relationship is what? Feeling no separation---I am you, you are me.
You are part of me, I am part of you.

The Way Out

This definite knowledge that, "I am not the body. I am the Self. I am the space. I am the Imperishable---untouched, untainted by the prakriti, by this world around me. This body is all hollow and empty. And every particle in this body is changing and changing and changing. The mind is changing and changing and changing." This definite knowledge is the way out of the cycle. Hm?

Pleasure and Pain

Freedom from the pleasure is the real pleasure. Pain does not bind you; it is the pleasure that binds you. And the bondage is painful. If you are bound, you are not bound by misery, you are bound by your craving, your pleasure.

Recognize the Divinity

When you move in the world, recognize the Divinity in things around you, in people around you. Listen with your heart.

Upanishad

Sitting close to the Master---that is "Upanishad"--- you catch on to many things. You catch on to the inexpressible. You catch on something that is indescribable.

The Gift of Giving

When you give things to people, it brings back something to you---that is some good vibrations. And that makes you happy. If you are very unhappy, and that day you give something, give some gifts to somebody who is needy, you will see your consciousness will change, shift.

Angels

They are very jealous of human beings, the angels, because as human being you can experience Divine Love. So they have to be born as human beings in order to become a devotee, in order to experience Divine Love.

Seer, Seen and process of seeing

The seers, the seen, and the process of seeing all merge. The
knowledge, the knower, and the known, they all merge, become
one---that is Divine Love.

De-Linking

Wisdom is: de-link the event with the emotion, and de-link the emotion
with the sensation. Ignorance is: if you have some sensation, some
sadness, feeling, link it back again to the event. That makes you more
miserable, and it sets the chain to go on and on and on.

Gossip

Most of the sorrow in the world is because of this: speech -- what people say. If they kept their lips tight, ninety percent of the problems in the world would be over.

Remembering and Re-living

There is a difference between remembering and re-living. Re-living is something else. You become alive again

Unlimited Joy

Your mind is not ready for limitations. It wants unlimited joy, unlimited pleasure---which the five senses cannot give you.

Every Storm

Every storm that has come into your life has widened your horizon, has made you deep and more powerful. Every storm has destroyed some smallness in you, something in you that has been very small.

Pain in the mind

Your concept in the mind that things should be a certain way causes pain in the mind. The cause of distress is set concepts in the mind.

Everything is God

This entire universe is made up of God. There is nothing outside God.

Arms Open

Stand there with your arms open and say, "What storms may come--let them. I am here." You grow out of them. You become bigger.
