De-Linking
Wisdom is: de-link the event with the emotion, and de-ink the emotion with the sensation. Ignorance is: if you have a some sensation, some sadness, feeling, link it back again to the event. That makes you more miserable, and sets the chain to go on and on, and on.
Attend to the Source
When the Source is attended to, all your other abilities flower automatically, spontaneously.
Release or Increase
See how a mistake has happened out of tension. Knowing that a mistake has happened, if you think, It is *my* mistake, then you are not releasing the tension, you are doubling the tension.
