Science and Spirituality

Science regards life as matter and spirituality regards even matter as life

Guru as a higher teacher

A teacher is one who simply teaches, but a Guru is one who guides also. A teacher is one step lower than a Guru because a teacher gives you information or teaches you skills, but a Guru is one who makes you reach your destination.

Meditation as mental hygiene

Meditation is a sort of mental hygiene, it keeps you sane. When you are sane then you feel happy and your family is happy.

Divine Vision

"My dream is to see the whole world unite as one family. Shall we all commit to create a wave of happiness and a smile on every face?."

Observation is the key

Craving never dies by experience---craving or aversion goes only through observation.

No anticipation

Mind that has no hesitation, no anticipation, is meditation

Head and Heart

When heart speaks and heart listens, harmony is produced. It is always so. When head talks and head listens, argument is produced.

Dropping the Craving

Dropping the craving in the mind, or aversion in the mind, for any particular sense objects, strengthens the mind---and only a strong mind can ever experience Divine Love

Power of surrender

The greatest power is in surrender---surrender to the Divine.

Total lack of Wisdom

Mindless violence is prevalent in the world. In the name of country, in the name of religion, in the name of race. This is absolute nonsense! This is total lack of viveka, total lack of wisdom.

Untouched

The very purpose for being in this body, for every one of us, is to live and rejoice in that virgin area, that untouched, pure and ever green, blissful area of our Self.

No mind

Mind that becomes No-Mind is meditation.

You are

You are the consciousness

Shradhaa

Do anything---if there is no shradhaa (faith), nothing is going to benefit you. And if you do nothing and there is shradhaa, that itself becomes
saadhana for you, becomes a practice.

One sided mistake

There is no one-sided mistake.

Your Nature

Peace is your very nature. Peace is your innate nature---it cannot go away from you.
