worries washed away

You can do this as an experiment: when you are very worried or tense, just sit by a flowing river or gushing water and just keep looking at the water. You know, within few moments you feel as though like a magnetic pull, that your mind is being pulled in the direction of the flow of water...and in a short while all that anguish, delusion, whatever you had, [with] the flowing water it all flows away. You become fresh.

Desire

Desire means the present is not sufficient enough, it is not okay the way it is now, this moment. Desire means projection to the next moment. Desire simply means being unaware of the Infinity. Desire simply means you don?t know yourself.

Do one thing

If you do one thing---gain perfection in the Being---then everything else gets perfected.

Like attracts like

In the realm of mind, like attracts like. If the soul is peaceful, then it attracts peaceful environment and people around it.

True Love

True love will not bring sadness, sorrow, misery, problems. But with vasanas (cravings) a tail is always attached---pain, problems, misery, discomfort.

no more suffering

For one who has awakened in knowledge, there is no more suffering.

Remember your nature

You have just been overshadowed by the events in your mind---that is all that has happened. A cloud has covered the sun. What can any cloud do to the sun? Can it destroy it? Remember your nature. You are the only Soul, only Being.

overindulgence

Over-indulgence in anything reduces the beauty.

Precious secrets

All that is precious in life is a secret. Love is a secret. Life is a secret. The world is a secret. You feelings, emotions are a secret. You are the biggest secret.

Giving

When you give things to people, it brings back something to you---that is some good vibrations. And that makes you happy. If you are very unhappy, and that day you give something, give some gifts to somebody who is needy, you will see your consciousness will change, shift.

Male and Female

You are made up of both your father and mother; so, within you you have both the characteristics of mother and father, male and female. There are many men who have motherly qualities in them, feminine qualities in them. And then, there are many women who have more male qualities in them. Love is beyond the qualities; Love is beyond male or female. It is not just limited to body or emotions. It is something that transcends all these identifications.

Merging into one.

The seers, the seen, and the process of seeing all merge. The knowledge, the knower, and the known, they all merge, become one -- that is Divine Love.

Surrender

Sometmes on a dark night if there is lightning, that second you see the whole town. Everything becomes visible, even for a few moments. Like that, surrender happens in deep meditation.

Demands on God

God is not there just to fulfill your petty demands.

Transcendental Prayer

When you meditate or when you pray, when you are in the space of vastness, calmness and love, you emit certain vibrations, and these vibrations are not limited to you or your environment. They also touch all those minds or the balloons of souls which are outside your physical reality. Your prayer transcends physical reality and reaches the subtle levels of existence.

drop divisions

You are part of the Divine. Drop these divisions from your mind!

Repose

Desire is hustle and bustle. Desire is agitation, activity. When all that is dropped: peaceful reposing in the inner-most core of your Being. Repose---as though you are finished, dead, gone.

See a mistake as a mistake

See a mistake as a mistake, not as "my" or "his" mistake. "My" means guilt; "his" means anger.

The cool inner core

 When your mind cools down and you experience that cool inner core---that soft and delicate aspect of yourself---a big relief comes.

 

Harsh Words

Do not speak any harsh word. Let not any harsh word come out of your mouth to anyone, for the Divine dwells in every heart. Do not hurt with your words, for the Divine dwells in every heart.
